A Lofted, Private Use Photography Studio

A private use professional photography studio located in downtown Washington, DC. The photo studio features 800 square-feet with high ceilings, exposed brick, and two skylights for premium daylight shooting. All equipment listed below is included in rental of the studio.

Photography Rates
These rates are for traditional photography shoots (e.g. editorials, look books, advertising campaigns) and small scale video productions. For commercial shoots, television/film productions, and multi-day rentals please contact us for rates.
FULL DAY: $600

Private use of the studio for 8 hours.
Access to all studio equipment.

+$75/hour for additional time booked in advanceOvertime day of: $150.00/hr
